woke up at 6am with a splitting headache on the right side of the skull. had to get up and take panadol. slept till 10.30am and the headache is still there, just a little bit better. i do occasionally have headaches but it's rarely so serious. or never been so serious as i remember. can't quite concentrate the whole day. effeciency is not v high. actually i also dunno why coz i do sleep a lot... and this kinda headache is like little drills drilling into my head. it occurs irregularly. so just when i tot it's gone, suddenly it drills for a second. totally caught off guard and is really horrible...
